Kivi hair turban
KIVI hair turban is made out of washed linen-tencel terry to respect the hair's sensitive structure. Hair turban comes handy for the scandinavians enjoying their hot tube outside even in freesing temperatures as well as for daily routines, where we like to use the hair turban in between of possibly applying a styler and styling the hair.
At Lapuan Kankurit they are continuously working for improving the effective use of raw materials in their own production line. For years they've been weaving all their products to the desired length to minimize the loss of material, but still while weaving and sewing some products, they end up with some extra fabric being cut off.
Made out of Masters of Linen long staple linen yarn, grown and spun in Europe and out of high quality cotton according Öko-Tex standard. Yarns are dyed in Europe, mainly in Finland nearby the weaving mill. Product development and design, material purchasing, bindings of the fabric and programming of the jacquard machine is done in Lapuan Kankurit's weaving mill in Finland. Warping, preparing, weaving, finishing, drying and fabric inspection is done in Lapuan Kankurit's weaving mill in Finland.
